Their single “Cut Your Hair” reached #10 on the US Modern Rock chart. Pavement broke up in 1999 but reunited in 2010. Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks formed in 2000 and released the albums Stephen Malkmus in 2001, Pig Lib in 2003, Face the Truth in 2005, Real Emotional Trash in 2008, Mirror Traffic in 2001, and Wig Out at Jagbags in 2014. Malkmus has also released albums with Silver Jews and The Crust Brothers.
