He played the part of Jules in the 2002 film Dekada ‘70. For this part Pascual won eight Best Supporting Actor awards. In 2003 he released his debut album Piolo and it was certified platinum. His album My Gift also became platinum. In 2009 he started as a producer with an independent film called Manila. Over the years Pascual has won many awards for acting and also for his music. He has also won awards such as YES! Magazine’s Reader’s Choice Awards 2007 Favorite Actor of the Year, and Mr. Screen Idol at the 2005 FAMAS Awards.
