The band released the album Humbug in 2009 which reached #1 in the UK, Belgium, and Ireland. They released the album Suck It and See in 2011 which reached #1 in the UK and their album AM was released in 2013 and reached #1 in seven countries and #6 in the US. They released the album Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino in 2018 which also reached #1 in several countries. Their hit singles include “I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor”, “When the Sun Goes Down”, and “Do I Wanna Know?”. Jamie Cook married Katie Downes in 2014.
