Dinosaur Jr. had success with the singles “Just Like Heaven”, “Start Choppin”, and “Feel the Pain”. J. Mascis has released a total of six solo albums and has also released albums with several other bands including J. Mascis + The Fog, Witch, Deep Wound, and more. He has been named #86 on the Rolling Stone list of 100 Greatest Guitarists and #5 on a similar list in Spin magazine.
