He directed the film Star Wars: The Clone Wars in 2008 and the series Star Wars: The Clone Wars from 2008 to 2014, which he wrote and did voice work for. Since 2014 he has served as supervising director, writer, executive producer, and voice artist for the television series Star Wars Rebels. In 2015 Filoni made a voice cameo in the movie Star Wars: The Force Awakens. He won Daytime Emmy Awards in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Special Class Animated Program for Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
