Her debut album All I Have was released in 2002 and she has released four studio albums with her latest, In Love & War, being released in 2009. Her first two albums were certified Gold. Amerie’s biggest hit was 2005’s “1 Thing” which was certified Platinum and hit #1 on the U.S. R&B chart. In 2006 she was nominated for two Grammy Awards. As an actress she appeared in the TV series Human Target and also was featured in the 2004 film First Daughter. Amerie married her manager Lenny Nicholson in 2011 in Anguilla. She released the album “Drive” in 2016.
